He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Monroe Davis, Sr. and Lois Earlene Williams Davis; and his son Charles Monroe. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Kay (Terri Slay) and Mindy Lynn (Robert Hirschi); his wife Jo Ellen; and his brother Clois (Linda Davis). He is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
