He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clyde and Bernice Lynn Biggs (Gray); his wife Nancy Sims; and his sisters, Jayne Latham, Cornelia Gooch and Araminta Ramsey.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Biggs of Denton, TX and David Biggs (Sharon) of Denton, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Karen Brown of Burleson, TX, Tanya Dunbar of Dallas, TX, Bob and Mitch Latham of Mansfield, LA..
