Gene Ray Green Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Gene Ray Green (Aubrey, Texas). Gene, born on April 11, 1938, passed away on August 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen C. Green and Fay Rene Beck Green; and his sister Claudine Poucher. He is survived by: his wife Katie Mulgrew Green; his children, Carrie Smith (Steve), De De Bowman (Danny) and Lonnie Green (Vicky); his grandchildren, Randy Paul Hampton (Jody), Lance Howard (Jodi), Jessi Whitfield (Ricky), Colt Davis (Breanna), Logan, Zachary Green (Taylor) and Travin Smith (Jean); and his sister Juanell Green of Pilot Point. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the UTSW Alzheimer's Research Program.
