He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Allen and Gladys Mae Norton (Monroe); his wife June Norton; and his daughter Teresa Knippers. He is survived by: his daughter Martha Jo Essary (Tim); his grandchildren, Alan Morgan (Ashley), Heather Gothreaux (Timothy), Makenzie Baranowski (Mike), Parker Essary and Regan Essary; and his great grandchildren, Will, Ava, Zach and Ellie.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. David of Wales Episcopal Church (623 Ector St, Denton, TX 76201).
