She is survived by: her parents, Lowell McInturff and Twyla McInturff of Neosho, MO; her children, Jake and Josie; her siblings, Nathan McInturff (Carrie) of Pea Ridge, AR, Laban McInturff (Natalie) of Neosho, MO and Kali Hayes of Louisville, KY.; and her nieces and nephews, Reagan, Liam, Ella, Kairi, Emlyn, Nash, Adley, Sadie, Eli, Max and Aspen. She is also survived by her family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to Northwest Arkansas Women's Shelter.
