He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Smith and Beulah Smith (Sneddon); his grandparents, Kelly, Lillian Smith (Lewis), Russell and Christian Sneddon (Wilson); his aunt Geri Hendrickson; and his father-in-law Keith Fortner.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Charlotte Fortner of Houston, Missouri; his children, Kaitlin Williams (Troy) of Houston Mo, Kelly John Smith (Kieran) of Cabool, Kyleigh Crews (Gage) of Plato and Joseph Smith of Houston; his brother Steve Dowden (Jennifer); his mother-in-law Donna Fortner of Houston; his sister-in-law Amanda Arbogast (Justin) of Houston; and his grandsons, Jameson Williams, Carson Williams and River Smith.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bradford Funeral Home (305 N Main Ave, Summersville, MO 65571). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 2:15 PM to 3:15 PM at the Bethel Cemetery.
