He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Legendre of Aubrey, TX; and his children, Judy Ann Hall of Azle, TX, Tony (Sandi Malone) of Burneyville, OK, Butch (Blinda Malone) of Woodbine, TX, Lisa Clements of Whitesboro, TX, Kathy (Jackie Hooten) of Denton, TX, Patty Barnard of Aubrey, TX, Leigha (Todd McNabb) of Aubrey, TX, Joey (Kim Malone) of Sanger, TX, Teresa (Richard Miller) of Aubrey, TX, Kasey (Dahlon Pruett) of Aubrey, TX, David "Bootie" (Christie Hall) of Madill, OK and Jacob Gaede of Gordonville, TX. He is also survived by thirty-seven grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; 1. 5 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
