It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfredo Reyna Sr. of Austin, Texas, who passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Reyna and Maria Saldaña; and his siblings, Ruben Reyna, Jose Luis Reyna, Johnny Reyna and Lucy Rios.
He is survived by: his children, Erica Reyna (Cornelius Walker), Jessica Reyna, Mary Ester Reyna, Rebecca Reyna and Alfredo Reyna, Jr.; the mother of his children Ester Quiroz; and his siblings, Rudy Reyna, Lupita Reyna, Grace Castro, Norma Reyna and Michelle Duran. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mission Funeral Home - East Side (1615 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78702). A rosary will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dolores Catholic Church (1111 Montopolis Dr, Austin, TX 78741). A committal service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Assumption Cemetery (3650 S I-35 Frontage Rd, Austin, TX 78704).
