She was predeceased by : her father Mervin Cook. She is survived by : her mother Cecelia Cook; her niece Catherine Cook; her nephew Charles Cook (Julia); her aunts, Cathy Horn and Pam Small; her uncle Ed Small; and her cousins, Cecily, Scott Gooch, Clint, Allison Small, Martha and James Dyess.
