She is survived by: her husband Javier Corona of Embassy's Cultural Attaché; her children, Amelia Corona Pitchford, MariCarmen Corona Dale, Alexandra Corona and Javier Corona; her sons-in-law, Terry Pitchford, Robert Dale and Faustinus Deraet; her grandchildren, Alex Dale, Chris Dale, Sterling Pitchford, Javier Corona and Ania Deraet; her great grandchildren, Emma Dale and Jack Dale; and her siblings, Maria Cristina Orozco, Marcela Lopez Portillo and Miguel Desentis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lone Star Paralysis Foundation in her honor.
