She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Mitschke and Ella Mitschke (Herzog) of Giddings; her husband Harold L. Bloomquist of Austin; her grandson Seth Bloomquist of Leander, Texas; and her sister Sadie Wall of Round Rock, Texas.
She is survived by: her children, Dwight Bloomquist of Georgetown, Larry (Robin Bloomquist) of Waxahachie, Texas, Melanie (Michael Castillo) of Cedar Park and Melinda Blomquist of Georgetown; her grandchildren, Joseph Bloomquist of Bryan, Adam (Elaine Bloomquist) of Waxahachie, Michelle (Adam Heston) of Lago Vista and Michael (Valerie Castillo) of Leander; and her great grandchildren, Matthew Bloomquist, Joshua Bloomquist, Samuel Bloomquist, Elexie (Derek Bailey), Kaleb Winer, Kaylie Bloomquist and Anna.
