He was predeceased by: his father Antonio C. Quiroz; his siblings, Gumezinda Cortez, Victoria Limon (Martin Sr.), Ramona Cruz (Ignacio), Consuelo Velasquez (Frank), Alejos Quiroz (Patsy), Sisto Quiroz (Pauline) and Paul Quiroz; his brother-in-law Matias Limon; and his mother Rita E. Quiroz.
He is survived by: his wife Isabell Quiroz; his children, Katherine Lopez (Joe), Henry Quiroz, Vickie Marie Gonzalez (Edward), Chris Martinez (Janell) and Laura Fuentes (Kenny); his grandchildren, Derek Lopez, James Lopez, Mario Lopez, Victoria Lopez, Javier Gonzalez, Christian Martinez, Josiah Martinez and Belinda Martinez; his great grandchildren, Lilyan, Everly, Luke and Myles; his siblings, Guadalupe Limon and Bob Quiroz; and his sister-in-law Frances Quiroz.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mission Funeral Home - South Side (6204 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78745). A rosary was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cristo Rey Catholic Church (2208 E 2nd St, Austin, TX 78702). A committal service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Assumption Cemetery (3650 S I-35 Frontage Rd, Austin, TX 78704).
