He is survived by: his wife Andrea (Andie); his sons, Doug Allen (Debbie), Steve Allen (Cassie) and Scott Allen (Julie); his stepsons, Todd Phares (Belinda) and Mark Phares (Mary Frances); his brother Leo Allen (Jocelyn); his brother-in-law Mike King (Sophie); and his grandchildren, Conner, Aidan, Lela, Lucas, Ariel, Lleyton, Jessica, Sean, Gavin, Kennedy, Owen, Griffin, Carstens, Curry and Annaben.
