He is survived by: his wife Geri Schmidt; his son Kevin Hass (Joni) of Lake Whitney; his stepson Bud Boehnke (Cristie); his stepgrandsons, Emerson of San Antonio and Lyndon of San Antonio; his siblings, Bubba Hass (Carole) and Debra Massey of Pflugerville; his brothers-in-law, Jimmy Schmidt of Buda and Bobby Schmidt (Sue) of Niederwald; his pet Penny; his nephews, Allan Hass and Christopher Hass; his nephews-in-law, Shane Schmidt and Sonny Schmidt; and his friends, Tom Shetter, Alan Watson, Wayne Wright, Jon Sellstrom and Corkey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
