Betsy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Betsy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Betsy will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Neely; and her brother Dale Ballard. She is survived by: her sons, Kendall Neely and Rob Neely; her children-in-law, Sandra Neely and Jami Snyder; and her siblings, Sue Barrow and Ted Ballard. She is also survived by her five grandchildren; her eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Harrell Funeral Home of Dripping Springs (100 Heritage Oaks Dr, Austin, TX 78737).
