She is survived by: her husband Marshall Allen Harrell II; her sister Joanna Smith Henderson of Houston; her daughter Shawn Windham Foerster Fisher (James) of Fulshear; her granddaughters, Rachel Lynn Czar (Dan) and Rebakah Betts Maes (Andrew); her daughter Helen Foerster Proctor (Dale) of Arlington, Texas; her grandchildren, Bryan Dale Proctor II (Jessica), Christopher Scott Proctor (Sara) and Emily Praught (Collin) of Virginia; her son Shelton Hofmann Foerster (Kristi) of Kerrville, Texas.; her grandson Shelton Hofmann Foerster II (Sarah); her children, Brittany Rose Foerster and Marshall Allen Harrell III (Leslie) of Austin, Texas; her grandchildren, Virginia Jane Harrell and Marshall Allen Harrell IV; her great grandchildren, Bryan Dale Proctor III, Luke Ellison Proctor, Scarlett Glory Proctor, Isaac Hunter Proctor, Jonah Christopher Proctor, Ivy Jane Proctor, Ellie Praught of Virginia, Wyatt Eric Praught, Eli Fisher Czar, Graham Wyatt Czar, Cason Hofmann Foerster, Axel Paul Foerster, Dash Tillman Foerster, Eloise Claire Foerster and Zuzu Ann Foerster; her cousin Lynnell Burkett; and her sister-in-law Elaine Harrell Mitchell.
An informal event at their home that began after the Terrell Hills 4th of July parade, the only reason for an RSVP was so that they could get enough fried chicken to go around.
