With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Barton of Austin, Texas, who passed away on May 31, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Morgan Box (James Preston) and Edgar Box; her sons, James Earl (Jimmy) and Marcus Wayne Barton; and her siblings, Robert Carlos, David Carrol Box, Bobbie Maxwell and Valeria Hallmark.
She is survived by: her husband James Preston Barton (Jim); her daughters, Sandra "Sandy" Barton of Georgetown, Linda Raschke (John) of Kingsland and Camilla Bohlin (Mark) of Foley, Alabama.; her grandchildren, Pamela Gutierrez (Cheyne) of Kingsland, Natalie Nolen (Jeremy) of Rockwall, Brett Bohlin of Foley and Rebecca Younce (Caleb) of Foley, Alabama.; her great grandchildren, Leyah Wilson (John Baker) of Liberty Hill, Klayton Wilson of Llano, Fiona Scott, Farrah Younce, Fynn Younce of Foley and Alice Nolen of Rockwall, Texas.; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Olivia and Levi Gutierrez of Kingsland, Texas.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
