He is survived by: his wife Susan Mouton Phillips; his children, Michael (Victoria Davis), Andrew (Katie) and Laura Douthitt (Trey); his granddaughter Vivianne; his brother Phil (Jenny); and his close friend Scott Denman (Donna).
