He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Martinez and Elvira Martinez (Ester); his son David Martinez; his brothers, Eusebio Saucedo and Pedro Martinez; and his granddaughter Diana Olvera.
He is survived by: his children, Elvira M Olvera, Bonifacio Martinez Jr. (Debbie) and Ricardo Martinez (Tammy); and his sister Guadalupe M Torres. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
