He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Ann Rathert Holley of Cedar Park, TX; his parents, Carl Holley and Goldie Holley; and his siblings, Mary Holley Kinsey and Robert Holley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Key Holley of Kyle, TX and Lori Jo Holley Gau (Gerald) of Cedar Park, TX; his grandchildren, David Michael Rains of Winter Garden, FL, Bryon Arthur Way of Kyle, Brandi Lynn Chizek of Melbourne, FL and Daniel Charles Harper of Georgetown, TX; and his sister Donna Holley Nordmeyer. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
