He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Mann and Chole Rodgers Mann; and his siblings, Shirley and Harlon. He is survived by: his sister Bobbie; his wife Patsy Joy Bryant Mann; his children, Kim and Pam; and his grandson Matthew.
