He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roger, Marilyn Faulkner, Helen Richstmeier and Earl Gough. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Gough; his parents, Michael Gough and Debora Gough; his sister Brittin Lewis (Blake Lewis); and his nieces, Gwen and Niya. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.
