He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Joshua (Sarah), Jonathan and Shawnda; his mother Irma; and his brother Frank (Shannon). He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice Austin's Christopher House, in gratitude for the remarkable care they provided to Daniel and his family in his final days.
