He was predeceased by: his parents, John Woodgate and Margaret Woodgate; and his brother John Woodgate (Carole). He is survived by: his children, James Woodgate (Kimberly) and Jennifer St. Pierre; his grandchildren, Michael Pope, Brittany Dykstra (Toby), Savannah Ferguson (Evan), Aaron Woodgate, Brendan Woodgate, Reagan St. Pierre and Riley St. Pierre; his great grandchildren, Brody Aitken and Violette Dykstra; his siblings, Mike Woodgate (Joyce), Pat Marsalese (Larry) and Cathleen Nolan; his former wife Karen Woodgate; and his goddaughter Kari Theisen. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
