He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Ozuna Gutierrez and Lydia Garcia Gutierrez; his sister Julie Gutierrez; and his grandson Derrick Gutierrez Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Amber Garcia (Mike), Derrick Gutierrez, Josh Gomez, Audrey Castro (Adrian), Maryssa Gutierrez and Daniel Gutierrez; his grandchildren, Lauren Martinez (Roman), Leanna Ortiz (Joseph), Kevin Garcia, Mathias Gutierrez, Adrian Castro II, Ariah Castro, Emelina Castro, Jayce Castro and Jaxton Gutierrez; his great grandchildren, Maverick Ortiz, Nicolas Lopez, Lena Martinez and Roman Martinez; and his siblings, Anthony Gutierrez, Christopher Gutierrez and Rosemary Gutierrez. He is also survived by numerous loving family members and friends.
