He is survived by: his wife Patti McCullar; his children, David McCullar, Nick Belisle, Emily McCullar and Bethany Belisle Gordon; his children-in-law, Jay Gordon and Adair Belisle; his brother Danny McCullar; his brother-in-law Eddie Mock; and his grandchildren, Carson, Harper Grace, Wells and Baby Jo.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Mary Lee Foundation and the Wounded Warrior Project.
