He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon K. Richards and Eleanor Read Richards; and his daughter Cecile Richards. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Novack; and his children, Dan, Clark, Ellen, Sam and Hallie Richards. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
