She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Martha Owan and Thomas Owan; her daughter Shawna Marie Owan; her siblings, Denise Owan Meserole (Tommy) and Christopher Owan (Victoria); her nieces and nephews, Katie, Maranda Meserole, Andrew Meserole (Brooke) and Jordan Cook; her aunts, Elaine, Ruth Owan Tanner and Kathleen Drury; her uncle Steve Beyers; and her pets, Dugan and Bailey. She was also cherished by numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Debbie may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Shriners Children's Hospital, Ronald McDonald House in Austin or Heart-to-Heart Hospice.
