She was predeceased by: her parents, Matias Limon and Inocencia C. Limon; her husband Librado Murrieta, Sr.; her son Joaquin Murrieta (Sally Murrieta); her grandson Charles Murrieta; her great grandchild Damien Alazay Valdez; and her siblings, Daniel Limon, Matias Limon Jr., Alejandra Euresti, Susie Medina, Martha Mendoza, Francisco Limon, Juanita Limon Lopez and Valdo Limon.
She is survived by: her children, San Juan Michael Murrieta (Liz), Lee Murrieta, Jr. (Gloria), Lupe Valdez (Alvaro Jr.), Victor Murrieta (Ysabel), Mary Sue Rogers (Ray), Elizabeth Barron Veronica (late Marcos Barron) and Patsy Krill (David); and her siblings, Chris Vela, Catherine Belyea, Frances Smith, Janie Limon and Josie Garcia. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 57 great-grandchildren, and 12 great great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 4:00 PM, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and at 9:00 PM at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel (6204 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78745). A rosary was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Julia Catholic Church (3010 Lyons Rd, Austin, TX 78702).
