He is survived by: his wife Darlene Jay; his children, Shanni (Tim) and Cody; his grandchildren, Laura, Hunter, Alyssa and Tyler; his great grandchild Lucas; and his sister Jean Verdin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
