It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Murray Maynard of Austin, Texas, who passed away on May 28, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Maynard (Crawford) and Murray Maynard; and his brother Bruce. He is survived by: his son Don Jr.; his wife Elizabeth (MacDonald); his daughter Victoria (June); and his siblings, Martha Reid, Michael (Sarah), Paul (Sharon), Gerri Raynard (Clyde), Murray (Nadine) and David (Vanessa). He is also survived by cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cook-Walden Chapel of the Hills (9700 Anderson Mill Rd, Austin, TX 78750).
Donations to honor his memory may be given to Mobile Loaves and Fishes to help feed the homeless in Austin, TX.
