She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Horstman (Bill) of Franklin, Texas, Pat Anders of Kingsland and Kay Belden (Steve) of Spring, Texas; her grandchild Nikki Prochazka (Casey) of Franklin, Texas; her daughters, Stephanie Hughes (Tom) of Spring, Texas and Chase Belden (Natalia) of Conroe, Texas.; her great grandchildren, Will, Bryn and Ally Prochazka of Franklin, Texas; her grandsons, Troy and Max Belden of Conroe, Texas.; her brother Tommy Cook (Linda); and her nephews, Jeff, Travis and Bryan of Wilsonville, Oregon..
