He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer and Odelia; and his son Robert Douglas Nolen. He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Kelley; his children, Derek Nolen and Elizabeth Nolen (Eilish); his grandson John Archer Nolen; his stepdaughter Courtney Kelley; and his brother Robert Nolen.
