He is survived by: his wife Jeanine Lebens; his son Jake; his daughter-in-law Cortney Lebens; his daughter Kaylen; his son-in-law Matthew James; his grandsons, Rhett Michael James and Nolan Duane James; and his siblings, Judy Krohn, Jan Link, Sandy Furrer, Sharon Marks and Ron Lebens.

Duane fought the long arduous battle with the brutal aftereffects of COVID 19.
