He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Costilla and Miguel Costilla; his mother Hermelinda Costilla (Leija); the mother of his children Roseann Reyna; his significant other Donna Solis; and his siblings, Leticia Moreno, Enedelia Phillips, Juanita Childs, Marisa Rios, Araceli Sharp, Homer Costilla and Jose Miguel Costilla. He is also survived by five Grandchildren, along with numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and so many good friends.
