He is survived by: his children, Forrest Freitag III (Alysha Freitag) and Tiffany Hicks (Daniel Hicks); his sister Jan Barnes (Doug Barnes); his grandchildren, Ava Freitag, Cheyenne Adams, Landry Vogelman, Nash Freitag, Liam Adams, Aubree Vogelman, Cooper Vogelman, Elaina Adams, Dayton Hicks, Everett Freitag and IvyJane Hicks; and his friend Linda Daenzer. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and very dear friends.
