He is survived by: his children, Joshua David Kubiak (Clara Guerrero), Chelsea Rae Kubiak (Gerardo Mariscal) and Lexi Nichole Kubiak (Kristi); his grandchildren, Jack, Eden, Graham Naylor, Ryker Kubiak and Jeremiah Mariscal; his siblings, Leon, Raymond, Ann, Patricia (Marvin), Margaret, Beatrice and Lucille; and his sister-in-law Reiko. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
