He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Darity; his sons, Gary Darity Jr. (Kim) and Steven Darity (Lori); his granddaughter Madison; his stepgranddaughter Kaleigh; and his siblings, Elton Darity (Debbie) and Terry Darity. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
