He was predeceased by: his father Grathel L Duke; his sisters, Juanita Burgess and Bevie Duke; and his sons, Richard Duke and Mark Duke.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Duke, Wendy Duke Remy and Karen Duke Aiche; and his brother Joe B. Duke of Liberty Hill. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and grandchildren.
