He was predeceased by: his parents, George Monroe Allman and Sammie Whatley Allman; and his sister Johnnie. He is survived by: his sisters, Kay Allman Lathem and Melba Allman Mabry; his son Donald Lawrence Allman; his daughter-in-law Neva Pelt Allman; his grandchildren, Doug Allman, Ashley Allman and David Allman; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Allman and Daphne Allman. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
