With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Glenda Noreen Wilde (Austin, Texas), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivy Leonard Shinn and Martha Marie Shinn; her brothers, James Dorace Shinn and Leonard Wayne Shinn; and her daughter-in-law Letty Wilde.
She is survived by: her husband Gene; her sons, Daryl and Darin; her daughter-in-law Beth; her grandchildren, Brittany, Michelle, Bennett, Sarah and Brendan; and her great grandchildren, Cade and Brynn.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brentwood Oaks Church of Christ (11908 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78753). A committal service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Taylor City Cemetery E 4th. A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at the Taylor City Cemetery.
