He is survived by: his parents, Donna Hilliard Phillips and David Roy Phillips; his siblings, Natalie Sian Cook (Wendell) and Jonathan Gareth Phillips; his nephew Evan Rhys Cook; and his grandfather Clayton Paul Hilliard (Madlyn). He is also survived by aunties, uncles and cousins.
