He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Garrison Parker (Eugene Richard Parker, Jr.) of Temple and Charles Monroe Garrison (Whitney Priddy Garrison) of Austin, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Eugene Richard Parker, III of Fort Worth, Thomas Monroe Garrison of Marfa, Charles Shaw Garrison of Houston, Harrison and Palmer.
