She is survived by: her parents, Elizabeth Mullenax of Circleville, WV and Fred Herb of Franklin, WV.; her daughters, Athena Mallow of Daily, WV and Luna Moats of Daily, WV; her brothers, Isaac Mullenax of Harrisonburg, VA and John Herb; her aunts, Heather Vance of Riverton, WV and Erica Harvey (Terry) of Franklin, WV; her grandparents, Harold, Edna Mullenax of Circleville, WV and Donna Herb of Franklin, WV.; and her cousins, Waylon Shreve, Paige Errington, Andelyn Vance, Reese Mullenax, Gabriel Harvey, Hannah Harvey and Terry Harvey, Jr..
