We announce the death of Janie Garza (Austin, Texas), who passed away on August 12, 2026, at the age of 84. Janie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillie Orona and Rosario Enriquez; and her siblings, Lupe, David, Pete, Tom, Eva and Velia.
She is survived by: her husband Marcelino Garza; and her children, Jesse Sepulveda, Mitchell Sepulveda, Armando Garza and Marcelino Garza II. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
