She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Thomas and Helen Marie Howard; her sons, Luke and Cody Howard-Carter; her siblings, Renee Ruiz, Sheleo Walton, W. T. Howard and Randy Howard; her stepgrandsons, Isaiah and Elijah Haws; the father of her children Fred Carter; Stacy, Little Fred, Ashley and Gerren Carter. She was also cherished by Nieces and Nephews.
