He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Alba Ontiveros, Elisa Marie Alba (Eric Candelas), Antonio H. Alba (Emilia Hernandez Alba), Tereso Rey Alba and Jesus Santos Alba; and his siblings, Bertha Alba Trevino (Louis), Beatrice Alba Martinez (Rene) and Charles Alba.

Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mission Funeral Home - East Side (1615 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78702). A rosary was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Julia Catholic Church (3010 Lyons Rd, Austin, TX 78702).
