He was predeceased by: his parents, Toby Portillo and Hipolita Portillo. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Portillo; his children, Gary Saucedo (Lori), Monica Vasquez (Bobby), JB Portillo, Rebecca Johnson (Rickey) and Aaron Saucedo (Crystal); and his siblings, Maria Sanchez (Lorenzo), Lucinda Sanchez, Toby Portillo Jr. and Christopher Portillo (Kymberlen). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cook-Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home (14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660). A committal service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Cook-Walden/ Capital Parks Cemetery (14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660).
