He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Perez Maldonado and Eloisa Cardenas (Chris); his grandchildren, Angelica Strube, Antonio Cuellar, Jonathan Herrera and John Chris Cardenas; his great grandchildren, Alexis Strube, Aria Strube and Ava Cuellar; and his sisters, Josie Vargas and Gloria Melendres. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends.
