He is survived by: his wife Maria Arrellano; his children, Giovanni Arrellano (Gabrille), John Arrellano Jr., Vanessa Arrellano, Dolores Arrellano, Dorian Espinal and Rubina Reyes; and his brother Philip Arrellano. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, numerous loving family members and friends.
